Space Management

It is very convenient to have all of your Cloud/Dropbox files downloaded to your device so that you have access to them even when offline. However, you may not want a lot of disk space taken up on your device because it is getting full or it is just too limited, etc. Most of the time, you don't even have to worry about it but if you do want to manage this yourself a bit, the Space Management feature in iStratus® DayPlanner can really help you out.

It is good to understand that just because some file is displayed with its name in some folder, doesn't mean its actual content exists on your device. In fact, you could have say... 10 terabytes of data in the cloud, but that sure can't all be downloaded to your device, which can only hold a small fraction of that. However, you could still navigate around and see all of your file names displayed in all of your folders (where you can pick and choose which ones to download).
